TPO Insulated Cable and Wire from Hitachi Cable

Hitachi Cable Manchester manufactures several types of TPO insulated wire cables. This type of insulated wire cables are the best internal cables available on the market. ThermoPlastic Olefin has both dielectric and crosstalk properties that are superior to PVC.

.025" Stranded Dual Laminated TPO Micro Quick Twist Cable
The micro quick twist ribbon cable is a 30 Gauge (AWG) dual laminated stranded tinned copper. The conductors are individually wrapped with TPO (ThermoPlastic Olefin) insulation. The copper stranded conductors are pulled into pairs then bonded into flat sections for IDC termination points. This wire cable is designed for SCSI Fast-XX, SPI-2, SPI-3 U160 and SPI-4 applications including internal SCSI, servers and disk arrays.

.025" Stranded TPO Micro Quick Twist Cable
The .025" stranded micro quick twist cable is built with 30 Gauge (AWG) stranded tinned copper. The conductors are individually wrapped with TPO (ThermoPlastic Olefin) insulation. The copper stranded conductors are pulled into pairs then bonded into flat non-laminated tape sections for IDC termination points. This wire cable is designed for internal SCSI drives, SPI, SPI-2, SPI-3, SPI-4 and U1, U2 servers.

SCSI TPO Solid Dual-Laminated Micro Quick Twist Cable
The SCSI micro quick twist ribbon cable is built with 30 Gauge (AWG) dual laminated solid tinned copper. The conductors are individually extruded with TPO (ThermoPlastic Olefin) insulation. Conductors are pulled into pairs then bonded into flat sections for IDC termination points. A thin clear lamination tape is applied to both sides to bond all pairs to prevent floating. This wire cable is designed for SCSI Fast-XX, SPI-2, SPI-3 and SPI-4 U320 applications including internal SCSI devices, 1U & 2U servers.

SCSI TPO Stranded Dual-Laminated Micro Quick Twist Cable
The SCSI stranded micro quick twist ribbon cable is built with 30 Gauge (AWG) dual laminated tinned copper. The conductors are extruded with TPO (ThermoPlastic Olefin) insulation and pulled into pairs and bonded into flat sections for IDC termination points. A thin clear lamination tape is applied to both sides to bond all pairs to prevent floating. This wire cable is designed for SCSI Fast-XX, SPI-2, SPI-3 and other SPI-4 U320 applications including internal SCSI devices, 1U & 2U servers.

.025" TPO Flat Solid MicroZip Cable
The flat ribbon microzip cable is built in 30 or 32 Gauge (AWG) solid silver-plated copper. The silver plated copper is fully extruded with TPO (ThermoPlastic Olefin) insulation and a red polarity stripe (provides no chipping or flaking) into position number one for easy identification. This wire cable is designed for SCSI Fast-XX, SPI-2 & SPI-3, Ultra ATA 33, 66, 100 and 133 compliant applications.

.050" TPO Stranded Flat Ribbon Cable
The flat ribbon cable is constructed with 28 Gauge (AWG) stranded tinned copper and extruded with ThermoPlastic Olefin (TPO) insulation. A red co-extruded stripe is applied in lier of ink to prevent flaking. This wire cable is designed for higher controlled impedance and low capcitance environments.

.025" TPO Flat MicroZip Stranded Cable
The flat microzip wire cable consists of 30 Gauge (AWG) stranded tinned copper and extruded with TPO (ThermoPlastic Olefin) insulation. A polarity stripe is co-extruded into position number one for easy identification. This wire cable is designed for SCSI FAST-XX, SP and SPI applications.

Industrial Wire & Electronic Medical Cable
Custom industrial and medical cables are available to work with your electronic systems. Robotic, harsh environment requirements are standard considerations in developing custom electronic control cable. Many of the custom wire cable range from automotive and robotic applications to medical and optical devices.
