Terms & Conditions

Standard Put-ups

Premise Copper & Electronic products -- reel size specified with ship and bill tolerances ±10%
Fiber products -- Bulk with ship and bill tolerances ±5%
Tolerances, limits and sizes established by applicable industry specifications, unless otherwise agreed upon prior to acceptance of purchase order.

Stock

All stock subject to prior sale.

Minimum Order

$500 for stock products, contact HCM for non-stock items.
$1,000 for product to be shipped outside of North America.

Min Order Fee

If minimum order cannot be met, the following fees apply (must be stated on purchase order):
$50 for shipments inside the US.
$100 for shipments to Canada and Mexico.
$200 for shipments outside of North America.

Freight

FOB HCM Warehouse (Manchester, NH USA)
Freight is allowed on orders of $4,000 or more for Premise Copper and Fiber orders only, within the contiguous US and Canada, please contact HCM for details. Freight allowed is standard ground service. Requests for alternate mode od shipments services will be accommodated at customer's expense.

Drop Shipments

No extra charge, FOB HCM Warehouse (Manchester, NH USA)

Cuts

Premise Copper High Pair Products -- (pair counts of 25 and above). First cut is no charge, additional cuts per pricing below.
25 and 50 pair --$15 per cut
100 pair -- $35 per cut
200 and 300 pair -- $75 per cut
Electronics Products -- Round cable cut at the discretion of HCM. First cut is no charge for additional cuts of lengths less than 100 ft will be $25.
Fiber Products -- 1st cut is no charge. For additional cuts less than 1500 ft there is a $25 charge per cut.

Returns

20% Restocking Charge plus freight for standard products only, no older than 6 months, that have not been cut and are in resalable condition.
All non-standard/non-stock items, including but not limited to stock product cut to length, custom cables and private labeled (including special markings) are Non-Cancelable and Non-Returnable.

Custom Cables

All new custom cable designs and cable with special markings require signed approval of customer specification prior to fabrication. All lengths manufactured will be shipped. HCM endeavors to build to the lengths specified by the customer.
