We are currently looking to fill the following positions.

Process Engineer
Responsibilities include providing support to all manufacturing operations. Assist in developing new products, determining processing parameters and troubleshooting process issues. Oversee machines and personnel in wire drawing, extrusion, twist, cabling, tape, braid, lamination, respool, etc.

Minimum 3 years of Wire & Cable experience is required. High temperature foamed fluoropolymer extrusion experience will be given first consideration. The ability to lead and mentor engineering technicians is critical.

Strong problem solving, troubleshooting, communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills required. Must be a self-starter, team oriented, and results-driven. Proficient with Microsoft Office

Support ISO9000 total quality management by participating in 5S, JIT and SGA Teams.
